TICKET PROCESSOR:
We are proud To be Using Eventbrite for all of our ticketing again in 2025.
HOW TO PRESENT TICKETS AT FESTIVALS:
1. Open the Eventbrite App and open your ticket(s)
2. Take a Screen Shot of your ticket(s)
3. Open your Email confirmation 
4. Print your ticket(s) and print the paper print out
*All of the above will have your barcode/QR Code. Once this code is scanned, it will be disabled.
REFUND POLICY:
Per the terms and conditions of your purchase via Eventbrite, EVENT tickets may only be refunded up to 30 days prior to the event. You may give (or privately sell) your ticket(s) to someone you know/trust and they can use them, as we do not check the names on the tickets, we simply scan them. And once they scan once, they are disabled and will not scan again. Soliciting on any of our social media pages is not permitted and will result in be banned from our pages. We do not regularly participate in, support or condone any 3rd party marketplace for sales of tickets to our events. Currently the only other authorized re-seller of our tickets to our events is Manning Media (Shop Local. Big Deals. *106.9 The Eagle, Key 103, 102.1 More FM, MAX Country 93.5, and WARK).
DOES IT MATTER WHOSE NAME IS ON THE TICKET?: NO. You may give (or privately sell) your ticket(s) to someone you know/trust and they can use them, as we do not check the names on the tickets, we simply scan them. And once they scan once, they are disabled and will not scan again.
Event Exchange/Transfer POLICY:
There is no Event Exchange/Transfer Policy. Each event is independent of the others and there will be no event to event ticket exchanges or transfers.
